Start with the job, not the word “free”
A Linux virtual machine can run an operating system and server processes. A development workspace is intended for coding and testing; it can stop when idle and is not a substitute for a production server. Static hosting serves built files without giving you a general-purpose operating system. The filters keep these products separate.
The no-card filter includes only an option whose linked documentation establishes usable included access without a payment method. An unknown requirement is not treated as “no card.” If a combination returns no match, it means this reviewed catalog has no verified match—not that none exists anywhere. Check the limits before creating resources
Read the official pricing, region, account eligibility and quota pages. A free allowance is not unlimited hosting. A trial balance is not a permanent free tier. Extra storage, public IP addresses, outbound traffic or an upgraded resource can change the bill. Quota and budget alerts should not be assumed to impose a hard spending cap.

Its review date describes the documentation review, not a live server check. Providers with an unverified card requirement remain visible in the unrestricted catalog with that limitation stated.
